Mixed 3 different objects (helmet, logo, frame) together.

Helmet from lifesize scaled down to 29.52%

Added an insert to have the black screen inside.

Made a stand so the insert can be inserted.

It should be glued onto the mythosaur base.

The base fits into a recess in the baseplate.

The "This is .the way frame" fits into the back of the baseplate.

If you want a duo color variant you should use your slicer to insert an M600 change filament at the right height.

I used 3 coats of spray putty and a silver spraypaint on the helmet.

The insert was done in black PLA and decided to sand it and paint it gloss black for a nice finish.

To make the insert fit the helmet can be slightly bend out so it slots into the slit.

It is by no means perfect.

The scaled down versions of the helmet parts have not been tested. I used the original helmet and ears to scale them down to 29.52%.

The 3 objects were used from: https://cults3d.com/en/3d-model/various/the-mandalorian-helmet https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4590537 https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4084236

Added inside-shorter.stl. Recommended version.

Notes:

You can add a bit of support underneath the bottom of the stand. It may be oriented pointing back to front to avoid it falling when the bed moves.
The helmet surely needs supports.

The rest can be printed without supports.
