Walker, Cup Holder

If you know someone who uses a walker for mobility, it can be difficult to carry something while using both hands to steady themselves. My father wanted to take his drink from the kitchen to the living room, but did not want to make a mess. This cup holder holds Tervis style insulated tumblers w lids. This gave my father a lot of independence as he could carry other items in the holder as well. 

This cup holder attaches to the front bars of the walker, and is printed in TPU to prevent damage to walls. 

3D printing settings

0.3 or coarser resolution.

TPU filament (Ninjaflex) 250 C print temp, 70 C plate.

~ 9 hrs print time (1st solid version)

Assembly

Post process, removing support materials as needed. 

Zip tie through the slots in the top of the mounts to your walker. Trim ties and hide point to prevent injury.
