80x80 Fan Mount

I have a grow tent in my garage and needed a fan to circulate the air inside.  
I had an 80x80 Fan and a small power supply but no mount for it. 
With this model the Fan can be adjusted from a horizontal to a vertical position so it will work for circulating air for even heating as in my grow tent or as a desk fan.  
This was designed for #6-32 screws and nuts but metric would work also.
If you use 4 long bolts to attach the Screens and fan to the mouint, print 4 Bolt-Spacers to prevent stressing the tabs on the Fan when tightening the screws (yes I did).
