GoPro Snap Mount.

I use it on my bike in combination with this 3d-printed clamp: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4134402

and this quick release mount: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2424139

I've used it for quite some time now and it seems to hold up very well.

Notes:

Use supports with roof so they can be removed easily.

Depending on your printer you might want to sand/file the edges and the surface a bit to make them smoother - otherwise it may be very hard to get the camera off again.
