Dart COG (Center of Gravity) Finder

A printable precision tool to find and measure the balance point of your darts.

What it does:

• Helps you locate the exact center of gravity (COG) on any dart

• Measures the balance point relative to the dart's total length

• Identifies if your dart is front-weighted, center-balanced, or rear-weighted

How to use:

1. Print the template at 100% scale (no scaling/fit-to-page)

2. Place your dart on the balance rail

3. Slide the dart until it rests perfectly level

4. Read the balance point from the graduated scale

Why it matters:

• Compare setups — see how different stems, flights, and points shift the balance

• Fine-tune your gear — match your equipment to your throwing style

Tips:

• Make sure your printer is set to "Actual Size" / 100%

• Use a flat, level surface for accurate readings
