These are a version of my Configurable MMS Mounting Beams  intended for higher-torque applications.
Regular Modular Mounting System (MMS) beams are prone to slipping a bit if there is too much load on them due to the fact that the contact surfaces of the tabs are smooth.
Others have created versions that have small "nub" features on the tabs, but this severely limits your adjustment options to set positions.

This solution eliminates the "cogging" caused by locking nubs, allowing you to set your beams to any angle within their range of motion.

It has pockets on inner faces of the tabs that allow you to install commonly available M5 external tooth lock washers before fitting two components. These lock washers bite into the tabs when you tighten the knob, providing positive engagement of the tabs, locking them in place.

They remain fully compatible with other MMS components

In my tests, the tabs will break before the joint slips, even when printed with the layers aligned into the strongest orientation.

This pack includes the same common sizes as the regular set, some with angled or straight connectors.

You can use the OnShape document to create and configure any size you need. The configuration panel includes options for length as well as angled or straight tabs.

Configuration Options

Please refer to the original beam documentation for a configuration guide as it is exactly the same.
