Qidi X-Plus3 BTT Manta M4P adapter bracket

My stock control board got zapped, had a Manta M4P lying around and did not want to pay $200 for a new board. I will upload printer config files and guide once I fully finish the conversion. Should be compatible with the X-Max3 and X-Smart3, but I have neither one of those to test.
