Midland MXT275 Radio Mount

This is a recreation of the mount that comes with the Midland MXT275 GRMS Radio. It features wider slots in the base to accommodate more mounting options, such as the Rugged Radios Toyota Seat Post Mount. The mount reuses the quick disconnect mounting system from the original metal mount.

Included are two versions of the mount:

The first one is more faithful to the original mount, just with a thicker base with wider slots. This is best printed out of a more rigid material. I printed out of Fiberon PA6-CF20.

The second version is a full cage version. This was designed to be printed out of a less rigid material, but one that is still heat resistant like ASA, ABS, etc. This version features a base with the original thickness of the metal mount, but with the wider mounting slots.
