250 Gram Filament Spool PETG Mold

Mold to make a 2 part 250 gram filament spool.  The mold is printed in PETG and then PLA scraps can be melted down and pressed into the mold to make the spool.  There's a top mold for one side of the spool and a bottom part for the other side and center colum.  The top mold is one part.  The bottom is 3 parts to allow easy removal of the cast.  I tested that melted PLA releases easily from the PETG mold.

The resulting spool from the mold is screwed together with M2 screws and threaded inserts.  Includes a hold in the center column to hold filament for winding.
