5mm Shackle Connector Set

Shackle Connector Set – a modular system designed to securely link 5mm shackles in multiple configurations.

This set includes two types of connectors:

1. Pole Connectors (for the shackle rod/pin side)

• Available with precision holes

• Or open-channel versions

• Allows flexible lacing of the shackle pole through the connector

• Ideal for straight-through or custom routing setups

2. Curved-Side Connectors (for the bow/curved body of the shackle)

Designed for secure interlocking via the curved section:

To connect:

• Insert the connector using the shackle head.

• Slide it to the narrowest point of the bow.

• Pass the second shackle head through.

• Move the connector to the rear of both shackles.

• Once positioned, the connection is mechanically locked in place.

It will not detach unless one shackle is rotated perpendicular to the other, making accidental release extremely difficult.
