Motorola Walkie Talkie knobs

we use a lot of motorola walkie at work, in rough terrain and with gloves on. so when the knobs break off it's a hassle to get new ones. If we even get new ones. So with this you can fix it on your own. 

There are 4 knobs in this make. 

1 small for the "on" and "off" switch.
3 larger ones for the channel selector.  you can choose which design you like the most or is the most functional for your work. 

All the buttons are a tight fit. So if you work with gloves or the walkie gets thrown around alot, the knobs will stand it. 
I installed them at some walkies a year ago, they are still on the walkies. I didn't even expect that myself.
