Boom arm pivot replacement for the same PYLE stand in my tripod junction model.

The boom pivot assembly on the OEM stand is a light gauge stamped sheet metal part which cannot apply sufficient pressure on the mount, and thus slips and sags even with the lightest of microphones.  The stand otherwise is robust and sturdy.

I wanted to resolve the pivot sag/droop issue and use as much of the original hardware as possible.  This part mounts on the stands original pad-eye using the original rubber washers, carriage bolt, steel pressure washer and locking lever/bolt assembly.  The original boom slider locking stud/knob was not long enough, so I replaced it with a 5mm one that I had on hand.  The far side of the locking knob hole is sized for an M5 heat-set insert.

I printed it on a Core One with a .4 nozzle and .2mm/speed layer height in Sunlu PLA+.  Positioning upside-down with supports produced a nice clean print.

The parts fit snug and even without the boom slide lock knob (the upper one), the boom does not move.
