Ultimate Glass Holder for Music Stands

he design features a modular "Clipper" (clamp) system. Depending on the diameter of your music stand pole, you can print the specific clipper size that fits your gear perfectly.

You need to stop the print at 85.8mm (layer 429 at 0.2mm layer height) and insert the M5 nut into the holder.

Hardware Needed

To assemble the holder, you will need the following hardware:

• 1x M4 x 12mm screw: Used for the main hinge mechanism.

• 1x M5 x 30mm screw: Used to tighten the Clipper onto the music stand pole.

• 1x M5 Nut

• Optional: A small piece of 5mm or 5.5mm heat-shrink tubing (or a small O-ring/rubber gasket) to place on the end of the M5 screw. This prevents the screw from falling out when the clamp is fully opened.

Assembly & Printing Tips

• Clipper Selection: Measure the diameter of your music stand tube before printing. Choose the Clipper file that matches your diameter for a snug fit.

• Material: I recommend using PLA for all parts.
