Team Orion Vortex R10 / R8 ESC mount for Traxxas Slash

Hi,

This is a mount for my Team Orion Vortex R10 ESC / speed controller to be mounted on a stock Traxxas Slash frame.

A friend gave me the idea to make it this way.

The mount will press down the ESC once it's bolted to the frame of the rc car. It uses the same mountingholes as the stock Traxxas ESC (Velineon VXL-3S), therefore this will fit any car that uses this stock ESC.

The Vortex-series ESC all have the same size, so this mount should work without any changes to the files.

For mounting, you can slide the mount over the ESC from the side, then turn it the right way up and put it over the ESC (you'll figure it out :^) )

I've uploaded the .ipt file so you can change the dimensions of the mount. Take a look at sketch 1 of width and length, and at the extrusions for hight (if opened in Autodesk Inventor). Once changed, you have to center the XZ- and YZ-workplanes, otherwise the parts actually pressing down the ESC will not be connected to the rest.
