Performer recumbent bike rack flag mount

This is a mount for attaching those inexpensive fiberglass safety flags to the back of a Performer recumbent bike/trike. Which looks a little dorky but since these recumbents are so low it is a useful increase to safety.

Fits the 6mm fiberglass rod that is included with the flag.
