ASME Mold - Low Pressure Injection Molded

This is a mold that i made for a Low Pressure Injection Molding system (I also designed and manufactured)

This could be printed and used for molding other plastics. This also includes vent holes for injection.

when fully printed, use the through holes on the top to put two 1/4" bolts tighten them down. then use the blind holes on top to connect the optional cartridge heaters to create the heated mold. then put your nozzle with your material in the 7mm hole to inject. The tests for this mold was tested at 100 psi.
