This snaps into the right hand ‘z-axis-top’ hexagonal hole of the Prusa i3-Mk3s' right hand ‘z-axis-top’ printed piece.

Filament:  PLA
Layer height:  0.2 mm
Nozzle:  0.4 mm
Infill:  15%
Supports:  “Support on build plate only”
Brim and Skirt:  No

The lettering doesn't turn out great at these settings - use a finer layer height for more detail (and much longer print time).

If you use a material other than PLA you’ll have to change the scale.
