Mounting Clip for Bontrager Flare R City / Flare1 / ION 450

Do not print this face down as shown in the preview. Print it in the orientation shown in the photos below.  The .stl file in the current models folder is in the best orientation for printing without supports.

This is the clip side of a Bontrager Flare R City mount. It comes out great from a Sovol SV01 when printed in ABS or PETG

I am including .step, 3mf, and .stl files to make modification for your specific use easier.

The clip securely snaps into place with a satisfying click when I test printed it.

How I Designed This 

I measured an existing Bontrager Flare R City mount with calipers.

Update 13DEC2022:  Shortened up release tab and made latch slightly shorter.  No longer need to pull tab away from light, just firmly apply pressure to slide light off clip.  I tended to break the long tab frequently.  .f3d file was not updated since I made updates to base part in another CAD software.

Update 17DEC2022: Discovered that the tail that runs off the back of the part was slightly too wide to fit Bontrager Ion 450 headlights.  This has been corrected in latest version of files.
