120mm Window Exhaust Vent Outlet for Fume extraction

This vent is mounted in a blanking plate in a window opening to typically exhaust fumes from a 3D printer and interfaces to a 120mm fan or duct.

2 design variants are included

• Thread insert version 4mm thread, 4mm deep

• 3.3 mm hole for tapping out to a 4mm thread

A template is also provided to assist in cutting out your window blanking plate.

You will need to have 4mm bolts 35/40mm long to reach through a 120x25mm fan and my ducting adapter.

No Supports /brim are required.  You should probably use PETG/ABS/ASA if it will be exposed to the elements. I printed mine with a 0.6mm nozzle at 0.25 mm layers (about 6.5 hrs to print).
