Got empty space in that PC case of yours but not enough slots for drives? Why not try and mount them to your case fans? With this mount you can hold more drives than your case was designed for.
I have started with a 4x slot 140mm fan mount and will add more mounts for 120mm and 140mm.
The triangle denotes the non-connector end. Compatible with 7mm height SSDs.
Printing
Print the model in its default position with supports. You can mirror the mount on x or y axis in your slicer if you wish to change the drive orientation.
Parts
8x M3 screws
4x fan screws (if your fans are mounted from the other side. If the fan uses screws that go through both ends to mount you may try to use those screws or try and mount them from the outside).
Mount Variants
120mm
v1 - Initial version. Drives placed in the centre of the mount.
v2 - Moved the drives forward to allow more space for cabling in confined spaces.
v3 - Increased the wall height around the drives to provide support when attached to a vertically mounted fan. Tall walls indicate the bottom of the drives.
