The LRS-350 Model has been downloaded and used directly from the manufacturer website. The aluminium profiles are used from an unknown Crealiy Ender 3 v2 CAD model.
I only designed the enclosure itself and the AC plug.
Additionally, working with mains voltage is dangerous. You should only do this if you know what you are doing or get some help from sombody who does. I am not responsible for any damage.
I wanted to make the PSU vertical for the my printer, as I wante more clearance in the bottom for a new PSU fan and other electronics parts like a buck converter. As every other design requires another type of AC plug,
Some screws and nuts are required.
*(optional) 2 screws and t-nuts to secure the enclosure better on the profiles.
Make sure you slicer flow is calibrated. Additionally, a 0.6mm nozzle will heavily reduce the printing times, as the walls have a thickness of 2.4mm for strength. The first versions had a thinner wall but caused some issues with strength during the assembly.
