Due to their smallness, I found it difficult to fit the prints of the original models of the numbers and their circular holders into the badge bases when printed separately. I combined these models and did this for numbers 1-6. This should make it easier to print and fit this part of the badge. For having a separate color for the number you could do a filament change, or do the quick and dirty easy method and use black marker like I did. I recommend TPU as your material to give you more margin for tolerances.
