BTT M8P V2.0 Mount for K1/K1C

This mount was designed for the K1/K1C with one major feature in mind.

No needing to dremel your printer, this mount has the bottom fins of your printer cut out to avoid you having to grind them away. It mounts with the original screws that holds the stock mcu in place.

BOM:

• 8x voron heat inserts m3x5x4

• 4x m3x8 or m3x20

• 4x m3x25

• Arctic P12 fan 12v

make sure you use 12v jumpers on your board when using the Arctic P12!

INSTALLATION:

1. Insert heat inserts in both printed parts as below
   
   

   

2. Screw Arctic fan to the shroud using either m3x8 or m3x20 screws.
   the reason you have 2 options is cable management.

m3x8: just holds the fan to the shroud.

M3x20: holds the cable behind the screw

3. Screw mount to your printer.
   

4.  When done wiring, you can  use m3x25 screws to bolt the fanshroud into the mount (screw goes through M8P v2.0 holes and holds the board in place)
   
   
   

   

PRINTING:

No supports needed, shroud holes are optimized with partial bridging to print smooth.
mount bridging is minimal, no supports needed. print everything with your desired settings.
