3D printed electric screwdriver
Gear ratio 25:1
Just enough torque for smartphones and such with more speed than an average commercial screwdriver of similar type.
It requires:
.Powerful type 130 dc motor (peak current of mine at 4 volts is about 3 Amps)
(Also as it turns out stock brushes of this motors last for about a week)
I upgraded mine with graphite brushes i took from another motor. Yet to find out how long that would last.
. 18650 litium cell
. Lithium cell protection board
. Couple of buttons
. H bridge motor controller (i used TA6586)
. Micro USB
. Some litium battery charging chip
Cura settings is in txt file “0.2 nozzle” you have to change the file extension to "curaprofile"
Resolution: 0.1mm 0.2mm nozzle
Infill: 100%
Before printing any of the parts make sure your horizontal expansion settings is correct by printing 2 parts in the "Test" folder
they should screw together with little effort.
