Ford FITS Blank Plug (2022 Ford Maverick)
Description
PDFThis is a blank plug designed to fit into and fill a 2022 Ford Maverick FITS Slot. I had some fitment problems on the sides of my FITS slots so the dimensions have been slightly modified and I added "Ford" text to the front of the model. If you have issues utilizing the model I remixed this from, give this one a try. I printed this on a Creality Ender 3 with eSUN PETG using the following settings:
Print Temperature: 245
Plate Temperature (Initial Layer): 80
Plate Temperature: 70
The rest of my settings were autoapplied via the eSun Black PETG with 0.4mm nozzle extruder settings in Cura 4.13.
Print time total was 1 hour 18 minutes.
Fitment was tested in rear center console and under back seat. No wiggle, solid hold, no removal problems.

I printed most of my small prints with a raft but you shouldn't have too as long as you have good bed adhesion. If you do print with a Raft, be sure to remove the raft while the print is still warm so you don't have to snap it off later.
