Just a quick print I put together out of a childlike fascination with planetary gears and vase mode printing.

Each of the gears in this planetary gearset are meant to be printed in vase/spiral mode without any bottom layers. This results in quick print times and a surprisingly fun, slightly flexible, planetary gearset.

I've experimented some with turning this model into an actual useful mechanism, such as a bearing, and had relatively positive results. In that case the sun and ring gears were printed solid as part of the axle and bearing race. I still printed the planets in vase mode which aided in assembly.
