X5SA Linear Rail Mounted Direct Drive Extruder

This is a direct drive extruder and other modifications to support a direct drive extruder mounted to a MGN12H linear rail on the X-Axis of a TronXY X5SA. There are mods for this extruder to support a number of different bed leveling options, blower mounts, and extruder heights.

A few notes:

Apart from the linear rail you should be able to use all stock X5SA parts for this extruder (motor, titan-style extruder, blower, end-stop, bed sensor, etc).

The X-axis 2020 extrusion had to be lowered in order to support a rail mounted on top with the default belt heights. To do this, a washer is included to go between the Y-carriage and X-Axis 2020 extrusion. Since the X-axis extrusions are lower than the Y-axis extrusions the end of the X-axis extrusions may rub against the lead screw pillow bearings since they are more then 20mm wide. I would personally just remove them but if you want to keep them pillow bearing washers are included here as well.

There are two main versions of the carriage - one that supports the default bed leveling solution for a standard height hot-end and one that supports a BL touch which is compatible with standard and volcano-height hot-ends.

I have included blowers for: included 10x40mm blower for standard height hot-end, standard 20x40mm blower for standard height, and 20x40mm blower for volcano height hot-ends.

There are three different versions of the stepper washer (between stepper and extruder) - one for a left-mounted fan, one of a right-mounted fan, and one for dual fans. The short side of the washer goes on the left.

There is a top hat that supports ethernet wall-plug break-out connectors. You can use that hat with with cable chain or without.
