I redesigned my protective case for the ROG Ally to make it compatible with more 3D printers using a 250x250 mm build volume. This version keeps the original protection, ventilation, and portability while making it easier to print on popular printers like Bambu Lab, Prusa, and many others.

• Material: PLA / PETG / ABS (PETG recommended for durability and simplicity) and TPU

• Layer height: 0.2 mm

• Infill: 15–25 %

🔧 Assembly

The case is designed to be easy to assemble.
Depending on your version you may need:

• Hinges printed in place or assembled after printing

• Optional glue for reinforcement

• 6× M3×30

• M3×10 ou M3×12 and  M3 Nuts for tpu pad and handle

• Glue
