This model provides a bracket for mounting a Ring Gen 2 Wired doorbell on siding with the common 1/2" step every 4" of height. The model fits between the siding and the bracket the comes with the doorbell, allowing the doorbell to remain vertical rather than angling up with the siding. To secure the doorbell to the wall, use two M4 or #8 wood screws.
