I am very grateful to the author of this detail for the simplicity of solving the problem of coiling plastic with an empty coil.

But his size didn't suit me.
I needed fine tuning for my in 3.5mm.
If there was a larger part that could not fit, a smaller one – the coil slipped.
And I fixed it. I wanted to share with you a ready-made solution with more precise dimensions.

This may be useful to you:
The thickness of the pressure plate 3; 3,5; 4; 4,5; 5; 5,5; 6 mm I also adjusted the length of the grips, they were too long, which caused backlash, and they also rested a little against the shock absorption, reducing the stroke of the shock absorber.
Shortened by 1 mm. Now they have an accurate fit on top of the native part.
