This is a simple small bit chuck to use with standard 1/4" drivers.
It's designed for low impact jobs like drilling plastic, and by design is intended for the bit to stay in the collet for it's lifetime.
How well does it work? Good enough.
NOTE: in theory this is customizable, but in practice I suspect the customizer might find my approach to making threads a little much.

Notes:
Printed in PLA. I tried PETG and while it works, you really need to tune for precision and make sure you print enough collets that the tips have time to cool between layer. PLA it probably good enough for most situations.
