My house has a 14" x 14" Leviton Structured Media Center (47606-140) where all of the Ethernet runs to. I'm working through upgrading my home network. Part of that is adding a larger managed switch with PoE. I wanted to add a door with some ventilation. There are a few options out there, but they all seem too expensive for what you get.

Leviton provides the DXF file online with the specs for the box. I imported that into Fusion as a sketch and used it as a starting point to get the size and hole placement exact. Once I had my main design done, I had to split it into 4 sections to fit on the printer bed. I added angled tabs to help with alignment. I also added some cutouts so you can run wires from the top or bottom if you need.

I used 5 minute epoxy to glue the panels together. Once that cured, it works exactly as I need. It would also be easy to extrude the sides out more to give additional room inside of the box.

I printed this with PLA+, 0.28 layers, 15% infill, no supports needed.
