Bambu Lab P2S Silicone Foot Mold / Vibration Dampener Mold

This is a 3-part casting mold designed specifically for the Bambu Lab P2S 3D printer feet.

Important Note

Please note that my Bambu Lab P2S printer has not arrived yet, so this model was designed based on available dimensions and references.
Because of this,
minor size adjustments may be required once tested on the real machine.

If you notice any fitment issues or problems with the model, please contact me so I can make the necessary corrections and improvements.

When the three printed parts are assembled, they form a reusable mold that allows you to cast custom silicone vibration-damping feet.
By pouring liquid silicone into the mold, you can create a flexible silicone cap/plug that fits directly onto the original Bambu Lab foot.

The resulting silicone foot helps reduce vibrations, noise, and resonance, especially useful on desks, shelves, or lightweight furniture.

How it works

  1. Print all 3 parts of the mold

  2. Assemble them together to form the complete casting mold

  3. Pour in liquid silicone (RTV or similar)

  4. Let it cure

  5. Remove the finished silicone foot and slide it onto the Bambu Lab P2S foot

Features

  • Designed specifically for Bambu Lab P2S

  • 3-part reusable casting mold

  • Creates flexible silicone vibration dampeners

Assembly Hardware

The three mold parts can be securely assembled using a long M4 screw.
An
M4 nut is also required to properly tighten and hold the mold together during casting.

Make sure the mold is firmly assembled before pouring the silicone to avoid leaks or misalignment.

Notes

  • Silicone is not included

  • Use appropriate mold release if needed

  • Make sure the mold parts are tightly assembled before pouring

  • I used 65 grams of silicone each
