Garmin Nuvi mount for rearview mirror

Suction cup sucks and won't stick any more. It's also cracked. This mount clips onto the rearview mirror rod and is secured by a M6 screw & nut. Use two M3x12 screws and nuts to attach the two C clamp bits to each other. ABS is needed to withstand the high temps inside a car.

!!!PLA will warp in side the car; use ABS instead. ABS is a pain to print. Use a brim around the objects. Learned it the hard way.

V4: use M3 screws, nuts and washers to secure the two bits of the C clamp together. Do not overtighten.

How I Designed This

• Started from C clip https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1704784 by Yospong.
• Printed V4 in ABS and learned the hard way that ABS is not my friend. Will test inside the car and report back. Although the weather is too cool by now.

Edit: ABS still holding up several weeks later...
