Charging dock for smartphone wireless charging. Got frustrated with phone never sitting properly centered on Qi charging pad and finding it discharged the next morning. Both the phone and charging coil deserve better. They deserve to be properly centered. This stand/dock takes care of that.
Sized for iPhone XR and a generic Qi charging pad with top cover removed. Accepts a 6-7 mm thick charging coil + electronics. Prints without supports (flat bottom = simpler version) or minimal supports for the half sphere holes in the round bottom.
Tinkercad links provided for additional customization.
It's so simple to print even I could do it, please post makes! :)

Tinkercad designs:
(1) rounded, filled bottom:(2) flat bottom, simpler version: https://www.tinkercad.com/things/bd06Jmpdz1T
The two designs are different in the way the bottom is constructed. The flat bottom prints ~15-20 mins faster and does not require any supports. I recommend printing with adaptive layer height to save print time. It ranges around 7to 8 hours.
Charging coil insertion
There is a side slit through which the charging coil + supporting electronics should be inserted. It is spacious enough to accommodate most flat designs. Use the micro USB cable inserted through the top rectangle hole to suspend the charging coil at the required height to initiate charging (usully 1/2 of overall height). The USB cable can then be either hot glued into the rectangle hole, or fit with a tight zip tie so it doesn't feed through the hole any more.
