Stroz & Bickel Mighty+ Crafty+ 16mm Bubbler Adapter Mold

This is a mold to cast a adapter for the Storz & Bickel Might+ and Crafty+ vaporizer to combine it with a bubbler that has a 16mm glass tube.

This Adapter MUST be casted from high temperature two component silicone! Don't use standard 2k silicone!

Printing

•  Print the Insert.

•  Print the "Crafty_Adapter-Mold_half" twice.

•  Set it to print on the Bump on the side.

Materials

• 2x M3 >15mm

• 1x M5 ≥ 5mm ≥ 25mm

• 1x M5 washer large (DIN9021/ISO7093)

Assembly

• The insert has a modeled M5 thread, depending on your printer you might want to recut it.

• When putting the Mold together, the left hole is a through hole and the right one is for the thread.

• You might want to cut the right hole wit M3 (but can be assembled without)

• Put the halfs together, screw the M3 screw in the left hole

• Redo from the other side for the other hole

• Secure the Insert with the M5 Screw and Washer

Use

• Measure your two part silicon. The adapter needs around 6.2ml, due to losses int he cup, mix more. I usually mix around 9g.

• You can add silicone pigments if you like.

• pour into the tilted Mold and let the silicone flow into the cavities.

• Wait for it to harden.

• Take out all the screws.

• Push out the insert.

• Take the mold apart, work slow, there are undercuts, you'll get it out, but take your time.

• Trim of the flashing.

• Done!
