This is my newest version of my front wheel raiser for cycling on an indoor trainer.
My main goals, I wanted to achieve, for this are:
get the bike level because I have also raised my trainer with a Tennisball mount
as I use Tennisballs on my trainer, for the feel, I wanted the same feel also on the front wheel
special to this version I wanted to remove any support requirement, as some seem to print my older versions in vertical orientation, which I don't think is optimal, just to don't use support, as this could lead to much easier snapping of the part, because of layer orientation
differents to my old version
mounted on 4 instead of 3 balls
wheel is now centered on the raiser
I highly advise to lock your front brake or use any other way to protect your wheel from rotating, otherwise it will rotate of the raiser!
as shown on one of my pictures, I used a velcro cable tie, easy to apply and to remove
Also in my pictures I don't show the raiser_tpu_ball_holder, as I use a silicon mat, as I only use my trainer for endurance rides, because of this I never had any issues that the wheel slipped of the raiser
PETG - for the main body
(optional) TPU (60A or 70A) - for raiser_tpu_ball_holder, it needs to be grippy to hold the balls in position
raiser_4ball_(xxx)
PETG
use strong infill pattern, e.g. Gyroid - 10%-20%

layer height depends on your nozzle, I would suggest:

0.6mm nozzle - 0.32mm layer height
support (for cosmetic only)
enable support on build plate
set overhang threshold to 30%
support style: snug
(optional) raiser_tpu_ball_holder
