Clamping spool holder

I wanted to stop the spool from spinning out and jamming when it got toward the end of the roll.

Print instructions

-Brims on the rollers and shafts
-No supports
-(8) 608zz bearings
-CA glue the shafts into the upper and lower parts (a single drop will do)
