6-inch Rack Mount 120mm Fan Mount

Mount a 120mm cooling fan using this 3U 6-inch rack mount to cool your hot and power hungry devices such as Radxa X4s and overclocked Pi 5s.  I powered my fan first from a Pi 5's 5v and GND pins, and then from the USB port of a nearby NAS using a cheap adapter when I swapped out that initial Pi.  You can also power it from the USB ports, fan headers, or GPIO pins from various other SBCs or Pi Hats.  Possibilities are almost endless.

Printing: Printed with Prusament PETG using the 0.25 Speed profile.

Mounting: Has extra mounting holes to ensure that if you are mounting to the top or bottom spots of a rack system that does not have screw holes for those spots you are still able to secure it to the rack.

Usage: Install a 120mm PC fan using the 4 screw holes surrounding the main fan cutout.  I recommend installing some sort of fan grill and personally installed one I had in my old PC parts drawer.

Modifications: I considered designing a fan grill into the part, but there are lots of fan grills out there and didn't want to lock in a specific type.  However, the model is below so feel free to modify it yourself if you want to design in a specific printed fan grill.
