Portenta machine control cover

Hi, I am currently working with Arduino portenta machine control development boards and I was surprised there were no covers for it available so that's why I made this one. 

I also included some other files. I wasn't able to find those either so they might be useful for you too.

The models aren't perfect yet but they're perfectly usable.
