Change gears for Sears / Craftsman / Dunlap / AA Model 109 Lathe.
Through hole and slots are a little bit oversized to accommodate the tolerances on my printer. I still clean up the hole with a 1/2" drill, but the slots typically require no additional processing. Gear teeth are also a bit thinner than mathematically perfect involutes. This helps them mesh better. 24 diametral pitch, 15 degree pressure angle.
I think this goes without saying... Print with a higher strength material if possible. High infill preferable.
Let me know if you need any of these adjusted for your specific printer capabilities.
