For many things I build I need star screws and star nuts in various diameters. In most cases M6 and M8. These always end up in in a folder for future reuse. Maybe they are usefull for others too. Threads, if required, are not printed but cut after printing.
Any material can be used but for indoors I usually use PLA with 0.3mm layer height and 20-30% cubic infill with double line.
The screw itself isn't printed but an inserted steel screw. In some star nuts I cut the thread and if more strength is required a steel nut is inserted and held in place with a drop of superglue.
