This design is really for people who go through a lot of nozzles or in a print farm. With my 5+ printer setup who primarily uses 0.25 nozzles that clog quite often, it is cheaper to just toss a 1 dollar nozzle then spend hours removing and cleaning a clog. Whether it's printing with high clogging materials, or lots of rapid changes, having quick and easy access to a fresh nozzle really makes a difference on speed of changing and print quality.

This is a simple guided gravity fed dispenser for 3D form factor nozzles. The channel is designed to hold on and guide the nozzles on the threads and tip but allow the hex to rotate freely so that no nozzle gets stuck in the guide path. At the bottom there is a stop ramp that presents one nozzle at a time for easy access. Nozzles can be place in the top and will not jam once fully seated in the guide path. Holds a little over 10 nozzles in each dispenser, but could easily be extended to accommodate more.

I have provided labeled and blank versions, as well as a combo version for easy printing. If you would like to make your own combo version the easiest way is to just combine in the slicer. Best layer height is 0.2 mm, but 0.3 and 0.4 should work as well.

I mounted mine with double sided tape, and colored in the labels with a sharpie primarily so that it shows up better on camera, but also because I like the contrast.

Thanks and happy printing.
