Wheel with bearings for chisel sharpening jig no supports

This is a remix of m_mackowiak's remix of Marena's remix of xpsolution's chisel sharpening jig.

I wanted to print my jig in PETG, but PETG supports are a pain. Instead I used Vector3D's method of using two layers of rectangles beneath the circle to form bridges that support the majority of the hole. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IVtqAn4oDDE

Make sure you have the correct side pointing down before you print.
