Coupler for two pairs of banana jacks. It will fit a standard 4.2mm banana plug and has standard 0.75” on center spacing.

Cut two 5mm brass tubes to 1.5” long. Press fit the brass tubes into the holes. After they are pressed in, put just the metal part of the banana plugs in the tubes on one side, then put it in a vice to press flare the ends, repeat for the other side.
