I really wanted to have an all-in-one type console that had an NFC card slot to launch games and this ejector mechanism is great. I combined it with the footprint of the DE10 Nano stack - MiSTer project CUBE case. To keep things very clean, also check out my Remix for side 2 of the case which allows you to use a right-angle USB cable to keep the sides clean.

To print, use the same settings as you used for the case, nothing should require supports, but I did print mine with PETG with PLA Supports on the Prusa XL. Supports on the slot and where the pegs slot in.

This works with the TapTo Card Reader With Spring Loaded Ejection Button's original button, spring and rod.  I have remixed the hammer to fit underneath the "dummy" top of the enclosure to prevent the card from lifting or diving under the hammer (in most cases.)

You will also need:
8x m3x5x4 threaded inserts and a way to secure them in the print.
8x m3x6 button-head screws
CA Glue (Super Glue)


Glue the pegs into the indents in the top. These will fit in the bottom holes of the CUBE case. If you want it to be permanently attached to the bottom of the CUBE case, glue pegs and bottom to the bottom of the CUBE case. Add the threaded inserts into all of the internal holes. Secure your NFC reader using m3x6 button-head screws and close the unit up using m3x6 button head screws
