Aviation headset scale model

The photo is of a 25% scale print. I have also done 50%, 35% and 18%. The big ones are easier to do and come out more scale looking. I added a couple photos of the real ones I used as a reference. I used my peltor radio hearing protectors for most measurements and guessed at the ones for the mike and boom.

If you search "Gary" on thingiverse you will find the pilot.

Notes:

It is modelled full scale...just scale it to whatever size you need..same for the pilot.

For the electrical wires on the full scale they are about 3 to 4mm and the headband wire 2 mm. The closer you can get them to scale the more realistic the will look.

I know there is room for improvement so feel free to remix it.
