This is a bit specific to my use case, but figured I would share just in case it helps someone else.
I have an old Crescent tool kit with wrenches, rachets, and sockets I keep in my truck. The latches on the case broke off years ago. I have been keeping it closed with a mini-bungee cord, but it is always annoying to deal with. I popped off the part of the latch that was left and used it to model replacement latches. It took 3 iterations to get the fit just right, but it's a quick print.
I printed this in PETG, 0.2 layers, 15% infill, no supports needed.
