Pasties Template — for you and your loved ones

These are simplest round templates for making pasties / nipple stickers. STL files come in 40mm diameter, but I have also included STEP files for easier adjustments.

There're multiple options:

• with single slot — ranging from 20° (for flatter breast) to 50° (for more point-y breasts)

• with symmetric slots and orthogonal notches — ranging from 10° to 30° on each side (20°-60° total)

• with notches — notches every 10

The single slot stencils are for simple round forms — print, lay on your substrate of choice (EVA, faux leather, etc), trace and cut. As simple as that.

The double slotted stencils are to adopt artisan/intricate cutouts: put central notches alongside the central seam, then trace side slots over the original pattern. Once done, cut the central seam till the center point and cut or fold over the side cutouts so that they come closed, opening the central seam to the target size. See images for reference.
