This is a replacement crumb tray handle for an Oster Toaster Oven, Model 6293. While cleaning the crumb tray for a yard sale toaster oven find, my wife dropped it and broke the tray handle. The epoxy repair job I did looked crappy, so I broke out my calipers and went to work. It fit perfectly on the first try and looks great! Printed with 3D Fuel Pro PLA (high impact resistance and can handle higher temps like ABS).
I realize this model is for a pretty specific use case. I have included my Fusion 360 design file in case you need to split it for printing or want to tweak the design for your needs.

Notes:
I was happy with the quality at 0.3 layer height. If you want a smoother finish, I'm sure 0.2 would look a bit better. PLA should be fine since the handle doesn't get hot. However, I would use PETG or something with higher temp tolerance if you use a dishwasher for cleaning.
You'll need a larger printer for this. It's almost 13" (325 mm) long. It fits comfortably on the diagonal of a 300x300 bed. It might barely fit the 210x250 diagonal on the Prusa MK3S+, but I have not verified this.
